As a Senior Wealth Advisor in the Denver office of Integrity Wealth Advisors, Raider partners with a select group of high-net-worth individuals and families to help them make confident, well-coordinated decisions around their wealth.

He works primarily with clients navigating increasing financial complexity, including high-net-worth and Ultra-high-net-worth business owners, executives, and multi-generational families. They are all trying to manage concentrated positions, preparing for or exiting a business, or seeking to align investment strategy with long-term family objectives.

With over a decade of experience, he holds the CFP® and CIMA® designations, along with an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. This background allows him to advise across both advanced wealth planning and institutional-quality investment management.

His approach is centered on delivering a family office-style experience, integrating the following into a coordinated framework:

· Proactive tax planning and coordination with outside tax counsel

· Liquidity and business exit strategy

· Balance sheet optimization

· Estate and wealth transfer planning

· Investment management

He serves as a central point of accountability, coordinating closely with clients, their CPAs, estate attorneys, and other advisors to ensure alignment across all financial decisions. In many cases, he acts as a personal CFO, bringing clarity and structure to complex situations so clients can move forward with confidence.

A core focus of his work is long term wealth transfer planning, including thoughtful use of the lifetime estate and gift tax exemption, structuring assets for future generations, and positioning for potential changes in tax law.

His approach is highly personalized and planning driven, focused not only on growing wealth, but on structuring it efficiently and aligning it with what matters most over time.

After spending several years in North Carolina, Raider returned to Colorado with his family to be closer to home. He and his wife, a Colorado native, enjoy raising their two children and spending time outdoors golfing, hiking Colorado fourteeners, biking, and playing pickleball.
