Originally from Pueblo, Colorado, Derek’s commitment to business education and athletic excellence led him to Colorado Springs. As a leader and captain of the UCCS Track and Field team, he played a pivotal role in securing the team’s first indoor and outdoor RMAC Championships. Transitioning seamlessly from his role in athletics, Derek brings the same energy and commitment to Integrity. His focus is on guiding individuals towards their financial goals, ensuring a sense of security and peace of mind throughout their financial journey.

Derek is a sports enthusiast with a particular love for staying active which includes playing golf, basketball, sand volleyball, and anything else he can get his hands on. Additionally, Derek enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
