COVID-19 Safer at Home Order Update

To our Valued Integrity Customers,

Please be assured that despite the safer at home orders that have been issued for our state, we remain available to serve you and your financial needs. Because banking is considered an essential business we are still open and ready to serve you with the proper provisions in place according to the order. 

The health and safety of our employees, our customers, and our community will continue to remain top priorities for Integrity Bank & Trust and Integrity Wealth Advisors. We will continue to support health management efforts by restricting lobby access to appointment only. We continue to closely monitor the situation and follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as national, state, and local authorities.  

Currently Integrity has the following tools and resources available to assist you: 

Bank Lobby Access

Our lobbies are currently closed to general public traffic. If you should need an essential service like a notary, a new account, or access to your safe deposit box, please call one of the numbers below to set up an appointment. There will be a designated area for this type of activity, and extra cleansing regiments will be applied before and after each use as per CDC guidance. 

Wealth Advisors Lobby Access

Our Wealth Advisor’s office is open for individual appointments and our team is available for conference calls. 

Digital Banking

Integrity has many tools and resources available for self-service banking and 24/7 account access. All banking customers are welcome to enroll in digital banking at any time from or by calling any of our locations. Integrity Wealth Advisors’ clients can continue to review their account balances and activity by logging in through

Drive Thru and Night Deposit

Drive Thru and Night Deposit services are always available to customers. Our staff is committed to helping customers promote social distancing and will work to help assist any request through our drive thru lanes. 


ATMs are available 24/7 at each location for withdrawals and balance inquiries. 


There are multiple options available for financial services via telephone. During operating hours our staff can be reached at any of the numbers listed below. We also offer 24-hour access via our Telebanking system by calling 1 (877) 317-2265. 

We would like to remind you that under no circumstances will we ask you for your full social security number, user name, password or PIN. Be aware that cyber criminals may prey on all of us. If you receive a call from anyone asking for this information, even if it appears to be from our bank, please do not provide it to them. It is important to be extra vigilant during times like these.
